When you place an order, we authorize your payment method—confirming the card is valid and funds are available—but do not charge the card yet.
2. Inventory Verification
Within 1 business day, our team confirms product availability in our warehouse. No payment is collected until we’re sure we can fulfill your order.
3. Payment Capture & Order Processing
Once we’ve verified inventory, we capture (charge) your payment and begin processing your order.
4. Fast Shipping: 1–2 Business Days
After payment is processed, your order is packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
What If an Item is Out-of-Stock?
If an ordered item becomes unavailable during verification, we’ll notify you promptly, offer a refund for that item, and provide alternative fabric suggestions if available.
