30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective.

You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

We cannot accept returns for fabrics that have been cut.
Important Note:

All claims, including shortages, must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Shortages must be reported immediately and verified by us before the goods are cut.

Cutting tickets are not considered proof of shortages.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to test the fabric before cutting to meet specific requirements.

No allowances, deductions, returns, or claims will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you need is to:

Return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification.

Each dye lot must be cut separately.

The buyer shall pay all reasonable costs and fees, including attorney’s fees, incurred by the seller in collecting monies due.
